DRS Charity Open Day 2017

The annual DRS Charity Open Day will take place at our Kingmoor depot in Carlisle on Saturday 22nd July 2017   10am – 4pm.

Bring the family along for a fun day out as we invite you to have a look behind the scenes. We’ll have a range of locomotives on show, including our new Class 88 and our friendly staff will be on hand providing technical information about all things DRS. Industry experts will once again be advising you how to stay safe and there will be plenty of exhibitors selling railway memorabilia galore……. there is something for everyone.

 

Entry is £5 at the gate. (Under 16’s FREE – must be accompanied by an adult at all times).

Getting to the Open Day:

From Carlisle Railway Station please get Stagecoach Bus 76 from The Courts and get off at The Redfern Inn. Kingmoor depot is a short walk from this stop. Carlisle day rider price is £3.30 adult / £8.00 family (max two adults and three kids). Buses will run every 20mins; on the hour, 20mins past and 20mins to.
